LeadRight WPG reps are independent contractors, paid per signed customer. No base pay, and no limit on how much you can earn if you can hold a conversation on a doorstep.
You're paid a set amount per signed customer, not a wage. No sale means no pay for that door — that's the whole model.
You set your own hours within the campaign's active window. You're not an employee of LeadRight WPG or the client.
Manitoba requires every individual door-to-door rep to hold their own license through the Consumer Protection Office. We walk you through the application.
Get your assigned area, the day's script for whichever client you're running, and your license/ID.
Work the neighbourhood at your own pace. Every closed door means signing the customer up on the spot.
Submit your signed agreements. Commission is calculated per confirmed, signed customer.
If you need guaranteed weekly pay, this isn't that role. If you're comfortable being paid on results and you're good on a doorstep, this is a straight-commission role with real per-sale payouts and no cap on what you can earn.
